PROCESS OVERVIEW

How an order becomes an installable blade

  1. 01

    Confirm the specification

Confirm length, width, thickness, TPI, and quantity from the machine, old blade, and cutting material.

  2. 02

    Tooth form and hardening

Choose pitch and tooth form for the application. Selected wood blades can use a hardened-tooth process.

  3. 03

    Weld carbide tips

TCT wood blades require carbide tips to be positioned and welded after tooth preparation.

  4. 04

    Multi-angle grinding

Grinding wheels shape the carbide tip from the face, back, and sides to create the cutting edges.

  5. 05

    Weld into a loop

The blade is joined to the specified loop length for installation on the customer’s machine.

  6. 06

    Label and pack

Specification, quantity, label, packing, and OEM details are organized for the order.
